We host your site at no monthly charge while we run the service, and any time you can take your site files (as a ZIP), your domain transfer code and your texting number to another provider.

No. Monthly care is optional: Care $39/month or Growth $99/month, starting only after your site is live. It renews automatically each month. Cancel any time.

Yes, any time — from the link in your receipt email, or by replying to it. A plan renews automatically each month; when you cancel, it stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Part-months aren’t refunded. Your website keeps running either way.

1. Day 1 You order (2 minutes), then tell us about your business on your phone (about 8 minutes).
2. Day 2 We write your pages and build your site in the look you picked.
3. Day 3 A real person checks every page, number and price.
4. Day 4 You get your preview. Ask for changes in plain words.
5. Day 5 You approve it, and it goes live on your domain.

Your phone number, hours, services and prices, the areas you work in, and a few photos. Leave anything you are unsure about blank — we never make things up.

Nothing goes live until you approve it. Tell us what to change in your own words and we update the preview. Your order includes up to 2 rounds of changes. Still not right? You get a full refund any time before you approve your preview, within 30 days of buying.

If you add texting features, standard texting costs are passed through at cost, shown on your receipt. On Growth, texting costs are included in your plan. We never mark these up.

Your site doesn’t vanish. We give you at least 30 days’ notice and hand over everything: your site files, your domain transfer code and your texting number. The domain is already registered to you.

Yes. Ask any time for a copy of all your data — your answers, photos, leads and message logs. We send it within 7 days of your request.

Yes — Finish My Site ($249) fixes and finishes the site you already have.

No. You don’t have to learn the tech. You keep doing good work, send us real photos of your jobs, jot down the questions customers ask, and approve before anything goes live. We handle the rest.

Text our support number — it’s in your app. Maya, our AI helper, answers any time: she explains how things work, but she can’t change your site, your plan or your bill. Text HUMAN for a person: free for the first 30 days after your site goes live, then included in Care and Growth. Without a plan, a change done by a person is paid per change.

We don’t run your Instagram. On Care or Growth, send us job photos and — on request — we turn them into post drafts you approve and post yourself. Your latest posts can also show on your site (an add-on).

Structured data (the business details search engines read) and an llms.txt file: Included free in every plan. They help machines read your details correctly — they don’t guarantee a ranking.
