- How accurate is the instant quote?
- The estimate uses the same price sheet we use on the phone: your rooms, home size, type of clean and add-ons. The final price is confirmed after a quick walkthrough, in person or by video, before the first clean. Homes over 3,000 sq ft always get a walkthrough.
- How much do recurring cleans save?
- Weekly visits are 20% off, every two weeks is 15% off and monthly is 10% off the one-time price of a standard clean. Deep and move-out cleans are priced as one-time visits.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Most clients leave a key or a door code. Tell us about alarms, pets and anything off-limits when you book, and we text when we arrive and when we leave.
- Do you bring your own supplies?
- Yes, all supplies and equipment, including a vacuum. If you prefer fragrance-free products or want us to use yours, say so when you book.
- Which parts of Austin do you cover?
- Hyde Park, Mueller, Tarrytown, Travis Heights, East Austin and Allandale. Close by but not listed? Ask, and we will tell you straight away.
- What if something was missed?
- Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to redo that area at no charge.
