Hosting, domain and ownership — plainly.

The short version

• We host your site at no monthly charge.For as long as we run this service, on fast, modern hosting. You don’t need a monthly plan to keep your site online.
• Your domain is in your name.Registered with you as the owner. The first year is included; after that it renews once a year at cost (typically $10–$20), and we show you the exact price before it renews.
• You can take everything, any time.Your site files, your domain and your texting number — whenever you ask.
• 30 days’ notice if we ever stop.And we hand over everything above, so your site keeps working somewhere else.
• Monthly plans are only for edits and automations.If you cancel Care or Growth, those services stop. Your site stays up.

What you own

Your domain (your web address, like yourname.com) is registered with you as the registrant — the legal owner — not with us. We show you the exact renewal price before it renews, and we never mark it up.

Your Google profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and any other accounts we set up stay in your name too. We only ask for access. Every task we do is listed, with proof, in your work log — see a sample.

If you want to leave

No lock-in means you can leave at any time. Whenever you ask, we give you:

• your site files, as a ZIP file
• the transfer code for your domain, so you can move it to another registrar
• your texting number, moved to another provider

You can also ask for a copy of your data — your answers, photos, leads and message logs — at any time. We send it within 7 days.

If we ever stop the service

We give you at least 30 days’ notice and hand over your site files, your domain and your texting number, so you can move to any host you like.

What monthly plans do (and don’t)

Care ($39/mo) and Growth ($99/mo) are optional. They cover the work we keep doing for you: small edits, photo updates, and running your text-backs and review requests. They are not a hosting fee.

Cancel from the link in your receipt email, or by replying to it. The plan stays active until the end of the month, then the monthly services stop — and your site stays online.

Texting: Standard texting costs are passed through at cost, shown on your receipt. On Growth: Texting costs are included in your plan.

If you already have a website

You don’t have to start over. We can work with the site you have, and you keep your host.
