1. 01 Dead circuits and power outagesWe trace the fault instead of swapping parts until it stops. Nights and weekends covered, and we will walk you through checking the panel before anyone drives out. from $185
2. 02 Panel upgrades to 200 ampFuse boxes and undersized panels replaced with a modern service. The quote breaks out our labor, the permit, and the Con Ed coordination as separate lines. from $2,800
3. 03 EV charger installationA Level 2 charger on its own circuit, sized to your car and your panel. If the panel has to be upgraded first, you hear that before the quote, not after. from $950
4. 04 Knob-and-tube and aluminum rewiringCloth and knob-and-tube replaced floor by floor, so the rest of the house keeps power while we work. Plaster repair is coordinated, not left to you. from $4,200
5. 05 DOB violation correction and sign-offWe correct the work, file the paperwork, and stay with it until the violation is closed. What you get is the sign-off, not just a repaired circuit. from $650
